Vaupell is a world leader in the supply of sophisticated injection molded products and assemblies. The international company provides integrated solutions to customers in niche markets including aerospace, medical, defense, transportation, and electronics. Vaupell’s capabilities include rapid prototyping, domestic & offshore tool design & build, custom fixtures & gauges and injection molding services for small to large volume production.                 

Leonard Vaupell founded the company in Seattle, Washington in 1947 and supplied the first plastic parts to The Boeing Company.  Over the years, Vaupell has grown from a small family business into an international group.  In 1998, Vaupell became a portfolio member of HIG Capital, a private equity company headquartered in Miami, Florida.

Seattle, Washington: Corporate Headquarters and site of Vaupell Northwest Molding & Tooling, the world’s leading manufacturer of aircraft interior components.

Hudson, New Hampshire: Vaupell Rapid Solutions, a rapid prototyping facility with a wide range of capabilities, focused on solving customers’ pre-production problems.

Agawam, Massachusetts: Vaupell Northeast Molding & Tooling specializes in cleanroom injection molding and serves the surgical instrument, drug delivery, and drug discovery markets.  This facility has Class 8 (100,000) cleanroom and non-cleanroom molding production.  This location is our center of excellence for precision machining for fixtures and gages.  

Constantine, Michigan: Vaupell Midwest Molding & Tooling specializes in injection molding and services the orthopaedic and surgical instrument markets.  This facility has Class 8 (100,000) and Class 7 (10,000) cleanrooms and non-cleanroom molding and assembly.  This location is our center of excellence for development and production of implantable and resorbable medical devices. Our U.S. center of excellence for injection mold tool design & build is also co-located in this facility.

Shenzhen, South China: Vaupell China Molding & Tooling - a joint-venture source for injection molds and production provides tools and parts to companies around the world.

Sanger, Texas: Center for two proprietary companies: Golston Product Solutions, world leader in the design and manufacture of carriers for pneumatic tube delivery systems; and AntiWave Pool Products, supplying competitive pool equipment.
