Jake Kraft, Executive Director of Engineering Innovation, has a 16+ year track record as a leader in the Aerospace industry. With over 15 years of dedicated service at Vaupell, he has undertaken various roles, establishing engineering processes, leading product development teams, overseeing program managers, and contributing to some of the most challenging and rewarding aerospace programs worldwide.

In his new role, Jake is working to develop innovative and sustainable solutions that provide value to society. “Our mission is to enhance the customer experience for all products that we bring to the market. We are focused on developing environmentally conscience solutions both at the time of manufacturing and at product end of life. To do this we will challenge the historically accepted designs and re-envision the product around our guiding principles of unitization, weight reduction and sustainability.”
