Producing a wide variety of thermoset compression molded products, compression molding offers several advantages, such as the ability to create complex shapes, high strength-to-weight ratios, and superior surface finishes. Compression molding is used for high volume, quick cycle times without sacrificing strength.  Specific parameters of temperature, pressure, and time are carefully controlled to achieve the desired material properties and product quality.  We have extensive experience with processing a broad range of thermoset resin/fiber-reinforced BMC & SMC materials as well as impregnated fabrics. The range of value–added operations offered by Vaupell allows us to offer our customers complete assemblies ready for installation/use.
