Matthias Hacker, Vice President of Business Development and Programs at Vaupell, has a proven track record of over 15+ years in various program management and business development leadership roles. Along his career he has developed and implemented successful Business Development strategies and organizational Program Management driven improvements resulting in significant business growth.

Since joining Vaupell in 2016, Matthias has held various positions. He and his team have started a well-established footprint throughout Europe and continuously grown the European Aerospace business with prestigious contract awards from Airbus and our most strategic European Tier 1 customers.

In his current role as Vice President of Business Development & Programs, Matthias oversees Aerospace, Defense, and Medical divisions for Vaupell.
