Providing added value to our molded products, routing/drilling, machining, assembly, and finishing allows us to offer our customers complete assemblies ready for installation/use. Molded products are processed to the end configuration using various methods including routing/drilling utilizing specialized laminate tooling made in-house, traditional machining or CNC machining utilizing our 4 CNC machining centers including our 5-axis Thermwood router specifically designed for machining composites including honeycomb. Assembly operations include structural and non-structural bonding of individual components, installation of hardware / mechanical fastening, preparation for bonding and application of specialized coatings.
