She has been with Vaupell since July of 2023 and previously spent over 11 years in the Aerospace segment holding various leadership roles in Operations and Supply Chain. Her core credentials cover a diverse range of expertise, including strategic business planning, lean operations, sales and marketing, integration and synergies, project management, strategic supply management, process improvement, and change management. Kelly is working to shape our operational policies to align with our strategic goals, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness and fostering a culture of high performance and operational excellence.
