COMPOSITE MATERIALS TESTING LABORATORY

Vaupell has a full service composite testing laboratory including: test panel fabrication, test specimen preparation, physical and mechanical testing and data reporting. Testing such materials as: thermosetting prepregs, film and paste adhesives, sealants, resins, syntactic foams and honeycomb core. We use physical and mechanical testing in accordance with prime, military and industry specifications. Test panel fabrication, including jigs and fixtures, using a variety of methods: autoclave, vacuum bag and compression molding, flat sheet laminating ability to provide fast turnaround time, in support of internal processing/production requirements.
