As part of our long-range goals to meet our clients growing needs and the future business plan initiatives of Vaupell, we’re taking steps to align our organization for success.
As an important step in this alignment, I am pleased to announce the promotion of Matthias Hacker to the new position of Vice President of Business Development and Programs effective April 13th 2023. Matthias has a significant track record of more than fifteen years in Program Management & Business Development leadership positions. He started at Vaupell on October 1st, 2016, and during his time at Vaupell he and his team have been able to continuously grow the European Aerospace market creating a well-established footprint throughout Europe. His work as Business Director has been instrumental in developing positive relationships with key customers, such as Airbus, and has also made significant contributions to Vaupell China and their customer relationships. His strong commitment in aligning customer visions, missions, and goals with Vaupell’s full product lifecycle solutions has helped to improve the buy-to-fly ratios and lessen the environmental footprint for key customers.
In his new role as Vice President of Business Development and Programs, Matthias will oversee the following segments for Vaupell: Vaupell Europe GmbH, US Aerospace, US Defense, and US Medical.
