The program manager integrates engineering talent, comprehensive in-house services, and technology solutions into our project models ensuring that these resources are efficiently allocated, providing go-to-market success.
Each project is assigned a program manager. The program manager’s responsibilities include scheduling, budgetary reporting, quality oversight, partner management and asset resource allocation.
The program manager is supported by an engineer and key resources in engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and custom production resources.
The program manager interacts with the customer daily as needed. He or she will be responsible for weekly scheduled formal project updates for all stakeholders. Vaupell’s leadership team is included in our program management model as they are vigorously updated by the program managers. Frequent management meetings are scheduled where higher-level scheduling, budgetary and technology needs are addressed.
